Located in the heart of Shrewsbury, Heart and Harmony Wellness Studio is a warm, peaceful studio, offering small group reformer pilates classes and more. Built on community and a deep love for  the pilates method.​

Friday - 7:00am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm

Saturday - 7:30am, 8:30am

Sunday - 8:30am, 9:30am. 10:30am

Vitalis Studio 
| Newport |

Located in Newport, Vitalis offers small group reformer classes within a luxurious, calming space. Offering purposeful classes based on strength, support and connection.
