About your Coach

Meet Kayla, a dedicated personal trainer and fitness instructor with a profound passion for movement and mindfulness. Since 2016, she has established a solid foundation in fitness education with a HNC in fitness, health, and exercise, as well as completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training. After graduating from Abertay University in 2020 with a degree in Fitness,  Nutrition and Health, she further advanced her qualifications by becoming a certified Pilates teacher through APPI. Kayla advocates for a holistic approach to health and nutrition, emphasizing the importance of balance in all aspects of fitness.
